The Wholeness Work® offers a gentle, experiential way of working with these deeper inner structures — beyond analysis and conversation alone.
Through conscious presence, guided attention and awareness of your inner experience, the process allows change to unfold naturally, without force or pressure.
What is Wholeness Work®?
Wholeness Work® is a simple yet profound method developed by Connirae Andreas. It combines self-awareness, conscious presence and a precise exploration of how our inner experiences are structured.
Rather than trying to control, suppress or "fix" an emotion, we create space for the different aspects of your experience to be recognised and integrated. The process is gentle, respectful and deeply personal. We move step by step, at a pace that feels right for you.

No previous knowledge or experience is required. We always begin with the foundations.

More than talking about the problem
Conversation is an important part of coaching, but Wholeness Work® goes further.
We may begin with a particular feeling, reaction, thought or physical sensation. From there, I guide you in gently exploring the inner structure that keeps the experience in place. This can open the way for a more natural sense of calm, clarity, freedom and inner balance.
There is no need to force an outcome. Your inner system determines the pace and depth of the process.
Begin your journey towards greater inner wholeness
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only need a willingness to turn towards your experience with curiosity, kindness and awareness.
Together, we can explore what becomes possible when inner tension is no longer met with struggle, but with conscious presence.
The Session
The first session begins with a conversation. Together, we clarify the topic you would like to work on and create a process that is suitable for you.
Before starting your first Wholeness Work® process, I introduce a few basic concepts that we will use during the session. If you would like to get a first impression of the method, you may also listen to a Wholeness Work® meditation or an intro video beforehand.
For one topic, it is usually worth allowing 1–3 coaching sessions. This may vary depending on:
- how you connect with the method,
- the pace at which your inner system is ready to move,
- and the complexity of the topic you would like to work with.
Everyone and every process is different. In some cases, we may also use Core Transformation® as part of the process, depending on your topic and your inner responses. This may serve as a gentle preparation for deeper Wholeness Work® processes.

- One session lasts up to 90 minutes
- Coaching sessions are currently available online via Zoom.
- Sessions are available in Hungarian and English.
How to prepare for a session:
Please choose a quiet, calm place where you will not be disturbed. It is best if you can sit comfortably, your back supported and allowing your body to relax. You may also want to have:
- a blanket nearby in case you feel cold,
- water within reach,
- and maybe some quiet time after the session for rest or gentle integration.

""There were more intense moments during the process, especially around the darker, physical blocks. As we moved 'upwards' and out of the physical level, I became calmer and more balanced. By the end of the process, I was able to fully experience and receive this feeling.
