You may understand your fear, habit, emotional response or relationship pattern intellectually, but still find yourself repeating it. Trying harder, controlling yourself or fighting the unwanted reaction often creates even more inner tension.
Core Transformation® offers a different approach.
Instead of rejecting the part of you that creates the difficulty, we turn towards it with curiosity, respect and compassion. Through a gentle, step-by-step process, you can discover what this part truly wants for you and access the deeper inner state it has been seeking all along.
What is Core Transformation®?
Core Transformation® is a profound personal development method created by Connirae Andreas.
The process is based on the understanding that even the thoughts, feelings, habits and reactions we experience as problematic may be driven by a deeper positive intention.
A part of you may procrastinate, overthink, withdraw, seek approval, become defensive or try to control a situation. Although its strategy may no longer be helpful, it may still be attempting to create something important for you — perhaps safety, acceptance, connection, peace or freedom.
During the process, I guide you in discovering the deeper intention behind the pattern. Step by step, this can lead to what Core Transformation® calls a Core State.
Core States may be experienced as:
- inner peace,
- love,
- freedom,
- wholeness,
- unity,
- a sense of simply being.
When an inner part begins to experience and operate from this deeper state, the original feeling, reaction or behaviour may begin to transform naturally.
What changes can you experience?
Every process is individual. Changes may be subtle and gradual, or they may feel clear and significant.
After a Core Transformation® process, people may experience:
- greater inner calm,
- increased self-acceptance,
- less emotional tension,
- more compassion towards themselves,
- greater clarity about their needs,
- easier and more honest communication,
- more natural boundary-setting,
- less inner conflict,
- increased confidence,
- a new perspective on an old situation,

Sometimes the effects continue to unfold in the days or weeks following a session as the experience becomes more fully integrated.
Core Transformation® and The Wholeness Work®. How are they similar?
Core Transformation® and The Wholeness Work® are closely related in the sense that both are gentle, deep, inside-out transformation processes.
Neither method is based on force, analysis or control. Instead, they support the inner system in naturally returning to a more peaceful and integrated state.
Core Transformation® often begins with a specific inner part, feeling, behaviour or pattern, and follows its positive intention toward the deepest inner states.
The Wholeness Work®, also developed by Connirae Andreas, approaches transformation more through awareness, the experience of "I", and the subtle restructuring of inner experience beyond the level of content.
The two methods can complement each other beautifully. In individual coaching, we choose the process that best fits your topic, your inner system and your current state.
Who is this for?
Core Transformation® coaching may be a good choice for you if:

No previous experience of coaching, meditation or Core Transformation® is required. I will guide you through the process step by step.

process. It does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or
psychotherapeutic care.
If you are dealing with a medical, psychological or psychiatric condition, have a diagnosis, are taking medication, or are looking for support in processing traumatic experiences, please consult your doctor or an appropriate professional before beginning any coaching process.
What can we work with?
Core Transformation® coaching can be used with a wide range of personal and professional themes, including:

- recurring emotional reactions,
- stress, tension and overthinking,
- procrastination and self-sabotage,
- perfectionism and excessive self-criticism,
- fears and limiting beliefs,
- relationship and communication patterns,
- difficulty setting healthy boundaries,
- low self-confidence or self-worth,
- inner conflict around a decision,
- habits you would like to change,
- motivation and career-related obstacles,
- old resentments and emotional burdens,
- a desire for deeper self-awareness and inner peace.
You do not need to understand the entire problem before the session. A recurring feeling, physical tension, inner reaction or difficult situation can be enough to begin.
Begin your journey within
The part of you that appears to be creating the problem may not be your enemy.
It may simply be using an old strategy to reach something deeply important.
Core Transformation® gives you an opportunity to meet that part differently, discover its deeper purpose and experience change from the inside out.
Change without fighting yourself
Core Transformation® is not about forcing yourself to think positively or trying to eliminate an unwanted part of you. Instead, we listen to that part and discover what it has been trying to accomplish. What initially appeared to be an obstacle may gradually become an ally in your development.
The work takes place at the level of your inner experience, not only through conversation and analysis. This means that change can become something you experience from within rather than something you only understand intellectually.
There is no pressure to reach a particular result. We follow your inner process with care and move at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
The Session
At the beginning of our first session, we clarify the area you would like to explore and identify a suitable starting point.
I then introduce you to the basic principles of Core Transformation® and guide you through your first individual process. You remain aware and involved throughout the session, and you can pause or ask questions at any time.
In later sessions, we can continue working with different layers of the same theme or explore another area that is important to you.
One session may sometimes bring a meaningful shift. For more complex or long-standing themes, it is generally helpful to allow approximately 2-6 sessions, depending on your needs and the natural pace of your process.
Session Details
- One session lasts up to 90 minutes.
- Sessions are currently available online via Zoom only.
- Consultations are available in English and Hungarian.
How to prepare for a session:
For the best experience, it is helpful to:
- be in a quiet, peaceful place where you will not be disturbed,
- sit comfortably, ideally with your back supported,
- have a blanket nearby in case you feel cold,
- keep water within reach,
- and you may also want to allow yourself some quiet time after the session.
