Transformational Business Coaching
Wholeness Work® and Core Transformation® for Leaders, Managers and Professionals
Sustainable performance begins with the inner state from which we lead, decide and communicate.
Business challenges are rarely only about strategy, knowledge or professional competence.
You may already know what you should do. You may understand the situation clearly, have an action plan and possess the necessary experience — yet something inside may still make it difficult to move forward. Pressure, recurring emotional reactions, overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, conflict avoidance or an inner resistance to change can all influence how we make decisions, communicate and perform at work.
Transformational Business Coaching combines a clear business focus with the experiential methods of The Wholeness Work® and Core Transformation®. The purpose is not only to discuss what is happening, but to work with the direct experience, inner patterns and reactions that may be keeping the difficulty in place.
Through a gentle, structured and individually guided process, you can develop a calmer, clearer and more resourceful way of responding to professional challenges.
Business Coaching Beyond Strategy and Conversation
Conversation, reflection and goal-setting are important parts of coaching.
A traditional coaching conversation may help you:
- clarify your objectives,
- consider different perspectives,
- identify possible solutions,
- create an action plan,
- and take responsibility for your next steps.
However, insight alone does not always create change.
You may understand why you react defensively during a difficult conversation, yet still experience the same emotional response. You may know that delegating would benefit your team, yet continue to feel that you must control every detail. You may have a clear professional goal, while an inner hesitation repeatedly prevents you from taking action.
This is where experiential transformational coaching can offer an additional level of support. Rather than analysing the situation only through conversation, we also work with the inner experience connected to it: the feelings, reactions, internal conflicts, bodily sensations and unconscious patterns that may influence your professional behaviour.
The aim is not to force yourself to perform differently. It is to create the inner conditions from which more effective behaviour, clearer decisions and action can emerge naturally.

Important information
Wholeness Work® and Core Transformation® coaching are self-awareness and personal development processes. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatments and are not intended to replace professional healthcare.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, have received a diagnosis, are taking prescribed medication, or are seeking support for traumatic experiences, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning a coaching process.
Two Complementary Transformational Methods
Depending on your topic and your individual inner responses, we may use The Wholeness Work®, Core Transformation®, or a combination of both methods. Both of them are personal development methods developed by Dr Connirae Andreas.
Both methods are gentle, experiential and focused on inside-out change.
The Wholeness Work®

The Wholeness Work® uses conscious presence, awareness and a precise exploration of the structure of inner experience.
Instead of trying to suppress, control or eliminate a difficult reaction, we create space for the different aspects of the experience to be recognised and included.
In a business context, The Wholeness Work® may be particularly valuable when you experience:
- strong reactions in high-pressure situations,
- tension connected to responsibility or expectations,
- difficulty remaining centred during conflict,
- a recurring sense of being judged or challenged,
- emotional activation around a colleague or manager,
- a loss of clarity when too many demands compete for your attention,
- a professional situation that repeatedly affects your inner balance,
- or problems with sleep and general well-being.
The process may support a more stable presence, less automatic reactivity and easier access to your own clarity and natural wisdom.
Core Transformation®

Core Transformation® begins with the understanding that even an unwanted behaviour, emotional reaction or inner resistance may have a deeper positive intention.
A part of us may procrastinate, over-control, avoid conflict, seek constant approval or fear making a mistake. Instead of fighting this part, the Core Transformation® process helps us approach it with curiosity and respect.
By exploring its deeper intentions, we may reach profound inner states such as peace, safety, freedom, love, wholeness or simply being.
When the inner part begins to experience what it has been seeking at a deeper level, the original behaviour or reaction may start to transform naturally.
In a business context, Core Transformation® may be especially useful for working with:
- procrastination and resistance,
- perfectionism, imposter feelings,
- fear of failure, over-control, people-pleasing,
- conflict avoidance, excessive need for approval,
- self-criticism,
- difficulty setting boundaries,
- hesitation around visibility or leadership,
- and internal conflict about a decision or career direction.
Business Themes We Can Work With

Leadership Under Pressure
Leadership often requires making decisions while managing uncertainty, expectations and competing priorities.
Coaching may support you in remaining more present and resourceful when the pressure is high, rather than reacting automatically from fear, tension or over-responsibility.
Communication and Difficult Conversations
We can work with the internal reactions that arise before or during challenging conversations.
This may include fear of conflict, difficulty expressing disagreement, becoming defensive, withdrawing, over-explaining or finding it difficult to say no.
The aim is not to teach a scripted communication technique, but to support a more grounded inner state from which clear and respectful communication becomes easier.
Confidence and Leadership Presence
A new position, greater visibility or increased responsibility can activate self-doubt even in experienced professionals.
Coaching can help you explore and transform the internal patterns that make it difficult to trust your knowledge, express your views or take your place with confidence.
Decision-Making and Inner Alignment
Some decisions remain difficult not because there is insufficient information, but because different inner needs, fears or priorities are in conflict.
The process can help these different inner perspectives become clearer and more integrated, allowing decisions to be made from a more aligned state.
Perfectionism, Control and Delegation
High professional standards can be valuable. However, when they are driven by fear, self-criticism or a need to control every detail, they may create unnecessary pressure for both the leader and the team.
We can explore what the controlling or perfectionistic part is trying to achieve and help it discover more effective ways of supporting you.
Motivation, Procrastination and Performance Blocks
Procrastination is not always a lack of discipline.
It may be connected to fear of failure, fear of success, overwhelm, an inner conflict or an unconscious attempt to avoid pressure.
Instead of forcing productivity, we work with the part that is resisting and explore what it needs in order to cooperate with your goals.
Workplace Relationships and Conflict
A professional relationship may trigger reactions that are stronger than the actual situation appears to require.
Coaching may help you recognise what is being activated internally and develop a calmer, more flexible response without ignoring your boundaries or professional needs.
Change and Professional Transition
Organisational restructuring, promotion, a new leadership role, career change or the loss of a familiar professional identity may create uncertainty.
The coaching process can support you in relating to change with greater inner stability, clarity and openness.
The Session
The first session begins with a conversation. Together, we clarify:
- the professional situation you would like to work with,
- what is currently difficult,
- how the issue affects your work, leadership and/or personal life,
- and what kind of change would be meaningful for you.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formulated coaching goal. A recurring situation, emotional reaction, inner conflict or sense of tension is often enough to begin. I introduce the basic principles of the method we will use and guide you step by step through your first individual process.
For one topic, it is usually worth allowing 1–3 coaching sessions. This may vary depending on:
- how you connect with the method,
- the pace at which your inner system is ready to move,
- and the complexity of the topic you would like to work with.
Everyone and every process is different. You may experience change after the first session or the shift may gradually happen through more session. It's important to know that we don't rush anything and we gently follow the pace of your inner system.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from conventional conversational coaching?
Conversational coaching primarily uses questions, reflection, new perspectives, goal-setting and action planning. These can be highly valuable and are also included in this coaching process where appropriate.
However, understanding a difficulty does not always transform the emotional reaction or inner pattern connected to it.
Wholeness Work® and Core Transformation® work more directly with the person's inner experience. We may begin with a specific feeling, reaction, bodily sensation, internal conflict or inner part and explore the deeper structure that keeps the pattern in place.
The purpose is not only to understand what should change, but to create an inner experience from which new behaviour and action can emerge more naturally.
Is this still business coaching if we work with emotions?
Yes.
Emotions, internal reactions and unconscious patterns influence leadership, communication, decision-making and professional performance.
The coaching remains focused on a business-related objective. We work with the inner factors that may be making it difficult to achieve that objective.
The process is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or mental health care.
Which method will be used?
The method is selected according to the topic and the participant's individual responses.
Core Transformation® may be especially suitable when there is a clear recurring behaviour, inner resistance or emotional reaction.
The Wholeness Work® may be particularly helpful when the topic involves strong reactivity, inner tension, identity, presence or the way an experience is structured internally.
The two methods may also be combined.
Does the participant need to share private personal information?
No.
We can often work effectively with the inner structure of a reaction without discussing every detail of the personal history behind it.
The participant always decides what they wish to share. The process respects personal boundaries and moves at a pace that feels appropriate.
How does confidentiality work in company-sponsored coaching?
The content of individual coaching sessions is confidential.
The organisation and participant may agree on general development objectives before the process begins. The organisation may receive limited information regarding participation and progress toward these agreed objectives.
Personal details, private experiences and the content of individual sessions are not shared without the participant's explicit consent.
Can the company define the coaching goal?
Yes, but the goal should be agreed with the participant as well.
The most effective framework is usually a three-way agreement in which the organisation defines the relevant professional context, the participant identifies their own development needs and the coach ensures that the objective is appropriate for coaching.
How many sessions are recommended?
This depends on the topic.
A clearly defined situation may benefit from one to three sessions. More complex or recurring patterns may require four to six sessions or a longer individual programme.
The framework can be reviewed after the first session.
Can coaching be conducted online?
Yes. The sessions are available online via Zoom. The participant should join from a quiet, private place where they will not be interrupted and can comfortably focus on their inner experience.
Are sessions available in English?
Yes. Coaching sessions are available in both English and Hungarian.
Can this process support measurable professional development?
At the beginning of the coaching process, we can define observable professional objectives.
These may include, for example:
• communicating more clearly during difficult meetings,
• delegating more consistently,
• making decisions with less delay,
• expressing disagreement more confidently,
• responding less defensively to feedback,
• or taking specific steps toward a professional goal.
Internal change cannot always be measured through a single number, but its effect can often be observed in behaviour, decisions, communication and professional relationships.
Is this therapy?
No.
Transformational Business Coaching is a coaching, self-awareness and professional development process. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment and is not intended to replace professional healthcare.
If a participant is experiencing a medical or mental health condition, has received a diagnosis, is taking prescribed medication or requires support with trauma or a psychological disorder, they should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning a coaching process.
Testimonials

"I felt calm, excited, curious and deeply connected. I became more peaceful and was able to let go of what had upset me. Each session was different. After another session, for example, I felt full of energy, as if the whole world was mine and I could do anything without fear.
In general, I noticed that after each session I became more confident and more loving toward myself.
It felt as if I was becoming more and more who I truly am — able to own and use an ancient strength within me that I had either feared before or had not even been aware of.
The process itself felt much faster, and the effect was immediately noticeable. It did not only affect the area we worked on, but every area of my life.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who has already done inner work and knows how difficult it can be to release or reprogram something. With this method, it feels possible to move very quickly compared to many other approaches.
And I recommend the coach to anyone who needs kind, attentive, loving and deeply supportive guidance in this fascinating and moving process."

About The Wholeness Work® process

"There were more intense moments during the process, especially around the darker, physical blocks. As we moved 'upwards' and out of the physical level, I became calmer and more balanced. By the end of the process, I was able to fully experience and receive this feeling.
Immediately afterwards, I felt balanced and peaceful. In the following days, some old experiences came up that I thought I had already released. Although this brought some tension, I believe I was truly able to let go of many things.
After the latest session, many parts seemed to integrate or return. I felt — and still feel — much more confident, and I believe some of my old patterns have changed, for example around assertiveness. I no longer get involved in endless arguments with certain people. I can express what I want and what I do not want more calmly, without unnecessary conflict.
I definitely recommend the method and Kriszti, the coach who guided me. I find the method valuable because it brings change gently.
Working with Kriszti was wonderful. She guided me firmly and gently at the same time, connected with me perfectly, and asked exactly the right questions at the right moments. I felt her full attention throughout the process. She helped me understand what was happening. I would work with her again anytime. :-)"
